The Latest Review of Big Mama's Pizza Limited

My family and I are avid order in/take out diners, so I hope that that little info adds much to the review I will giving you about this particular pizzeria. Big Mama's Pizza in Langley, is one of the better pizza joints in town, the cost is right on point for a family of 7 (my family), yet the service they provide in the manner of dealing with unhappy customers is appalling to say the least. I have been a long time believer in the customer is always right, especially if you want them coming back. On many occasions since their change in ownership, as of early June 2010, I, my family have been displeased with the quality of their pizzas, they have arrived noticeably burned underneath and on the side, some have arrived with the incorrect toppings. On occasions when I have been tempted to call them and complain, I never did until last week when we ordered 2 mediums w/ 3 toppings..very simple order, hard to mess up right? wrong!....I called and spoke to a man with a heavy Asian accent assuring me that I will not be able to receive a free pizza at that moment, but to keep handy the receipt and to call back later in the week for a free pizza to redeem. He "jotted" my information, name, number..etc...long story short, after 3 years of dedicated business, I'm sad to see this pizzeria go down the tubes. I have since found another local pizzeria that competes in price and is just as tasty, but.....it's been a month since that incident and now I and my family call them to redeem that one last pizza, and without fail, "the manager has just stepped out " routine...but it's fun on our part. In fact, I think it's time to call them for this weeks "hey, where's the free pizza you promised us"...
